Filed May 21, 2026

On two occasions while driving my hood has become open due to windy conditions coming from the Makua side of the highway as I’m driving on the Queen Kaahumanu Highway Today was the second incident except that I was heading south The first time that happened I was driving north and it occurred probably about a few months ago, but I dismissed it I know for a fact that I did not open the engine compartment I will download my front camera files and see if I can find a record

The Lexus TX 500h is equipped with a 6-speed sequential-shift automatic transmission, which is paired with the Lexus DIRECT4 all-wheel drive system. This setup utilizes a 2.4-liter turbocharged hybrid powertrain to deliver 366 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. During many occasions, the transmission on the 2026 Lexus TX500h would shudder during acceleration or deacceleration. I noticed it happening around 25-40mph mostly and it has happened more than once. I have demonstrated the issue to…

I have 2024 Lexus TX 350 and the winshield cracked from the smallest rock and spread across the entire winshield. Seems to be a flaw in material.

2026 LEXUS TX

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal safety complaint regarding my 2026 Lexus TX 350 F Sport (VIN: [XXX] ), purchased from Treasure Coast Lexus in Florida in December of 2025. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle I noticed significant hood flutter at 60-70 MPH. This is visually distracting and poses a safety concern while driving. Despite three separate repair attempts at the dealership in the past two months the defect has not been resolved. Lexus corporate has since…

2026 LEXUS TX

Filed Apr 20, 2026

The vehicle is a brand new Lexus TX. The primary issue involves a brake system malfunction. While driving, a “BRAKE” warning message appeared on the dashboard. At the same time, the brakes were actively applied, and this occurred multiple times in succession during the same driving event. At the time of the incident, we were not aware that the vehicle should not be driven when this warning appears and drove the vehicle home. After reviewing the owner’s manual, we learned that the vehicle…

The contact owns a 2025 Lexus TX350. The contact stated that while driving 50 MPH, the brake pedal was depressed and felt spongy, and the vehicle failed to respond as intended, causing the braking distance to be extended. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the contact was informed that the brakes were in good working condition; however, the failure persisted. The contact stated that while attempting to raise the folded passenger's side third row seat to the upright position, the back of…

2024 LEXUS TX

Filed Apr 10, 2026

Starting in drive with the brakes depressed, when trying to accelerate with the gas pedal, the vehicle will not activate the engine from electric mode(EV). The car will not accelerate even with the gas pedal fully depressed. It has happened four times so far. Safety issue because when I’m pulling out into traffic to make a left or right turn, the car will not accelerate and therefore can get hit by oncoming traffic, especially when I am trying to merge into a lane with oncoming traffic. The car…

I am a loyal Lexus owner since 1998 and have always recommended Lexus vehicles to my family and friends. In over 25 years of ownership, I have never experienced an issue like this. While driving under normal road conditions, my new 2024 RX 350’s AC condenser was punctured by small road debris, causing a refrigerant leak and loss of air conditioning. The condenser is located directly behind the front bumper, leaving it exposed to minor debris, which I believe is a design vulnerability. Damage at…
