Lexus TX350

When starting from a stop, putting foot on the gas pedal the car won’t move. Hesitates for a longtime. It has happened numerous times since purchased new. The manufacturer stated that engineering is looking into it, with no definitive answers. No warning lights. It just won’t go, at times which is a safety concerning especially when crossing with oncoming traffic. Unresponsive.

We have had 2 windshields crack on the Lexus TX350, with very low impact to the windshield by very small road debris. Both windshields require(d) replacement due to long migrating cracks. There are several issues with the windshields on the TX350 per online searches. The windshields are a laminated acrylic one that are prone to cracks requiring replacement. We were traveling 80 miles west of Fargo ND on I94 when we heard a loud bang. It became clear immediately from the wind noise that the sunroof had broken.
